SALES TAX
Idaho State Residents must pay 5.0% sales tax on all products. When ordering online this will be calculated automatically and added to your bill.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
All major credit cards will be accepted for online thru Pay-Pal, fax, and mail orders. Mail orders may also be paid by check or money order. Orders will not be sent until check clears. An automated email response will notify that your order has been received.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders will be shipped Priority mail unless otherwize negoiated. All orders are usually shipped within 72 hours. If there is a delay, we will notify you of the delay. We will send you an e-mail notifying you when the products ships. Feel free to call us if you have any questions. If there is a recorded message, give us your number so we may call you back.

BACKORDERS
We will only process your credit card or deposit your check if product is in stock. If we are backordered, we will notify you when it is available by e-mail and if you wish to order what we have in stock. If some of the items are unavailable for shipment, your order containing the in stock products will be shipped immediately and the remaining backorder will be shipped when it becomes available with your approval, within a reasonable time limit, unless cancelled by you. A receipt will be sent by e-mail stating the amount deducted from the credit card.
